This crazy outfit was sent to us by stephanie davis. we aren't sure where this t.a.c.o. was spotted but we are gonna guess atlanta...? it's obviously very hot there since this dude has went out for drinks and brought a towel for blotting. that's a very tight shirt sir, next time we suggest sizing UP! just sayin'
