on a warm, humid day in nyc this yankee doodle was spotted in a turtleneck sweater. but the crazy didn't stop at his lack of weather appropriate attire. oh no. you can't really tell in this picture but he had a bedazzled bandana wrapped around his head. what you can probably see is he topped off the whole look with a sensible feather sticking up in the back. going for some extra height? or just extra crazy?
