this fine specimen of crazy was set up while out at the east village's Eastern Bloc. He was just wandering around the bar. After approaching "Cousin It" for a photo opp, he claimed that he"thought it was wig night!" Haha I guess ending up on t.a.c.o. wasn't the only set up for him that night! Not for nothing but if you realized it wasn't for sure a themed wig night, then why not take off that disgusting matted mess, draped on your dome piece? while you're at it, maybe get some shorts designed for an adult!
