first time spotter phil b. spotted these crazy outfits in boston, MA. we think his email sums it up for us:
"In the words of the immortal Xander, The looks go as follows: Photo #1: A dark green t-shirt, black and white plaid skirt, pink leggings, and black combat boots. And to top it off, a blue, obviously-payless-or-claire's purse. Photo #2: On the left, we have a young woman in a pink t-shirt (it had a graphic of a kitten on the front) with a khaki skirt and black sneakers. On top is a beanie/yarmulke. On the right, we have the less crazy lady in a bright yellow oversized t-shirt, tight black pants, and flip-flops."
