we first spotted this patriotic lad on the 4th of july as we boarded the cruise ship on which t.a.c.o. sailed to bermuda. ok, a little crazy patriotic, but it was the 4th so..., so what who cares, right? well what's this dudes excuse. its just a friday afternoon for this crazy dresser (/groomer, just sayin.) don't even get us started on that fanny pack and his socks (or sucks.)america is number 1!
