hot as ice

here's an outfit choice that does not stand to reason. if it's formal night on a cruise ship in the middle of summer in the tropics, why wear a winter dress made of velvet?? And if you must wear a velvet dress must we be forced to look at iridescent beading covering that mess? it's not the winter formal in high school, ma'am. we're just happy she didn't wear a matching snow/ugg boot.
