what goes around comes around

last night we hit up the What Goes Around Comes Around- 'key to vintage' event at The Gates. We had an awesome time spotting some great vintage looks. fashion people know how to get into a look, and we know how to tell when it is a little bit crazy!!! we had a blast! thanks to hosts Seth Weisser and Gerard Maione for being so gracious, and for hosting a wonderful crowd
chock full o' crazy!

that's his real hair! we thought surely he was just rocking a sensible faux fro on account of the themed event....but no no no.....he is indeed NOT gettin wiggy with it.



does he LOVE the yankees?? well maybe, but upon further investigation this is actually not a jacket covered in yankees logos at all....Gerard Maione - Creative Director of WGACA and host of the party, informed us that this was a vintage piece that he has had for years! we love this yankee doodle dandy!!! stick a feather in his hat and call it macaroni!



and speaking of sticking a feather in your hat....GOOD MORNING KATIE!!!!!! we met this vintage clad darling, and fell in love. that's some serious commitment to a vintage look. such attention to detail....exposed pockets, peacock feather headband, and what you cant see but we at t.a.c.o. got a sneak peek at....is that her black undergarment, is indeed a leotard. go on katie! you are a vintage style star!!! check Katie Cwayna out on good morning america!



this andy warhol lookalike loves LV. maybe they should do a calabo. watch out for next seasons Louis Vuitton collection.....its going to be COVERED in Campbell soup cans!



lenny kravitz barely had to put any work in to get ready for this event! we love it sir!



this groovy chick doesn't let anyone hold her cocktail. check her swatting that guys arm away! get your own drink sir! there is an open bar!!!!



and we have a winner! this beach bum deemed himself the gold medalist by donning this lovely award around his neck. well sir, we agree! keep the medal because you won! your commitment to crazy dressing is quite impressive! now lets hit the surf and you can show us whatcha got.
