socks or sucks? (part 3!)

t.a.c.o is having a socks-or-sucks epidemic. spotted here by brian at a bar in austin. but socks aren't the only thing on this crazies mind. if anyone is familiar with Bandana_code they know there's more to that yellow handkercheif hanging from his left back pocket than meets the eye.
